Most acoustic problems are cross-disciplinary. A guest room that fails its noise target might be failed by the facade, the partition, the duct routing, or the chiller on the roof above it. Because we practice all six disciplines in one firm, we diagnose across those boundaries and take responsibility for the outcome rather than for a fragment of it.
Environmental Noise Assessment and Impact Studies
Site surveys, traffic and industrial noise studies, and boundary compliance assessments that establish the facts before design begins. Assessments reference WHO Environmental Noise Guidelines and applicable national limits, measured with calibrated Class 1 instrumentation. Recent work includes community impact assessment for the EDL Zahleh power plant and boundary compliance for the Nabatiyeh wastewater treatment plant.

Outdoor propagation models and indoor acoustic simulation that compare design options before anything is procured. Outdoor modeling follows ISO 9613-2; indoor work covers reverberation, sound distribution, and STI speech intelligibility prediction. Our 3D traffic model for King Abdullah Financial District characterized facade exposure across the development.
